Nevena Buzek
ICF, EMCC certified Senior Leadership and Team Coach, Facilitator, Speaker, Psychotherapy Counsellor
Hi, I’m Nevena, Leadership, Team Coach and Facilitator in Zurich.
I’ve spent the past decade supporting leaders through real transformation. Not surface-level performance boosts, but deep, sustainable change.
Before becoming an ICF, EMCC senior certified leadership and team coach, I spent years inside organizations like Amazon and Johnson Controls — leading training strategy, coaching managers, and developing leaders across Europe. I know what it feels like to be under pressure, to manage complexity, and to need both empathy and results in a fast-paced environment.
I now work with leaders and teams in startups, corporates, and NGOs to help them lead with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence, using powerful tools from Transactional Analysis, systemic coaching, and validated assessments like Hogan, DISC and Leadership Circle Profile™.
I believe we’re entering a new era of leadership, one that values psychological safety, human connection, adaptability, and the ability to coach rather than control. I’m here to help you and your people grow into that.
